We might cut some slack. Afterall, the majority of American voters either voted for others or did not vote at all. He represents only his dedicated minority base. I fault both major political parties for fielding flawed candidates.

So the good Doctor Jackson is qualified to head the VA but is no longer qualified to be the president's personal physician? Yeah, something doesn't pass the smell test here...

Even more evidence that the WH didn't properly vet Dr. Jackson or if they even cared to. And yet the Deplorons still want to believe the liar-in-chief over actual evidence.
