How can I activate voice mail on true in English?

 

When I dial 9600 I get recordings in Thai language only.

At the very beginning is there a greeting message re: "press 9 for English"?, Listen to the end, ask a Thai person for help.

 

Maybe register for an eservice account (online, and mobile) to see if there are options to change your language preference to English. Otherwise, you'll have to call or visit True.

You may be disappointed in that very few people here actually use voicemail.

 

Maybe try 9304 in IVR? But an VM system is discrete so this option may not work for it?
