I’m a Brit.  I’ve been living in Thailand for many years on retirement extensions.  My original entry to Thailand was two passports ago.  I want to reset my immigration history so plan to do a border hop at Poipet.  I already have my re-entry permit.  I will make the journey with my Thai wife.  I would be grateful if any forum members could advise me regarding the following:-

1) Will I need any documents other than my passport for Cambodian immigration?

2) Will I need a visa for Cambodia?

3) Will my Thai wife need her passport and or any other documentation for Cambodia?

4) Is Thai Immigration at Poipet tolerant of same day in-out border hops?

I thank you folks in anticipation for your help.

You just  need your passport and buy a Cambodian visa upon entering, $30. If your Thai wife is going she needs her passport but doesn't need a visa, she will get 14 days stamp. You can do a turn around if you want. Why not take a trip down to Siem Rep seeing you paid $30 for a months visa.
