There is a good medical shop in the corner where you go into Night Bazaar from Main Streeet, almost opposite 7-eleven. I don't know if they got Chinese medicines but some people name this place the "Chinese place".

Old post-but an update-Across from the old bus station theres at least 4 different herb shops

All carry literally hundreds of Thai,Chinese and western herbs and spices

Bbudd you beat me to it . There is a chines herbalist and pharmaceutics run by the same family the sons run the pharmacy and the Mom is the herbalist and next door is also  a more modern  vitamin herb shop. Mom has a incredible wide variety and dispenses regularly to Chinese Thais
