Without reading the thread, so not sure if this has been said.

She is basically saying that there is not a chance in hell she would be with you based on traditional factors like looks, personality or sexual attractiveness. She is saying that if you want to have the opportunity to sleep with her from time to time and be considered her BF, then she needs to get something out of the relationship. Given she is getting none of the traditional things, the only way reason she would consider being seen in your company and having the displeasure of being mounted by you from time to time would be if you paid her.
