Does anyone have some good recommendations for clinics or hospitals in Bangkok that carry out this procedure?

Cost varies depending on time it takes which in turn depends on how much plaque build up there is.

 

 

I'm going to give a shout out for Thonglor Dental Hospital.

It's the only dentist I ever used in Thailand that came close to what I would expect in the US, at a fraction of the price.

In fact before we came back earlier this year I'd cracked a crown, but held out having it replaced until we landed at BKK. As a rough price check a replacement crown for my back molar was ฿15K.

 

Their website gives a pretty comprehensive price list, and they are always willing to discuss over the phone as well before you visit about any preocedure

Mrs G also had the ravages of Thai dental 'expertise' fixed before we went back to the US last year for the very same reason.
