The end of May update a sort of sukcz....

Featured Replies

It's the third time now where an update is causing problems for me. This time on two machines and it's affecting MS office Word Pro 2016 and MS Office 365.

On both machines after the update, the box pops up that the product isn't activated. Even when I install the genuine key and it shows me that it will be activated ( nothing wrong with the key), the old warning comes up, but when I close it and check my account it shows the product is activated.

I understand that MS is checking on pirated software, but all my programs are as genuine as I am, the times with cracked versions of MS are over for me. I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced something similar?

Thanks for any answers. I'm sure that there'll be thousands of customers with the same problem. I can help myself, got some new keys, but won't use them for anything now.
