I need a walking stick

Hi all. My doctors in BKK have suggested I buy a walking stick because of balance problem (ataxia) when I try to walk. I know there are plenty of aluminium adjustable ones available, but does anyone know where I can get a fixed, wooden walking stick in Bangkok? A shop not to far from BTS or MRT in the city perhaps?

Dunno. I bought mine at Chatuchak, it has a lovely, heavy elephant's head that would serve well in an 'invigorated and boisterous' discussion

I saw wooden walking sticks in several of the luggage and wooden toy/games shops on Sukhumvit Road, just north of Nana BTS, on the east side of the road, about opposite the traffic light junction of Soi 4 (Nana Plaza).
