How can I get one?

 

Is in Cambodia it called "a residency  certificate" too like in Thailand?

What do you need it for?

If for opening a bank account copy of lease or rent receipt usually works.

Well, without knowing what you want it for, I can't suggest what you need.

 

Immigration does not issue them, it is nto like in Thailand.

For verifying to some agency outside of Cambodia that I'm staying in Cambodia

Then you need to find out from them what they will accept.

 

If you have a rental agreement, try that plus copy of your passport showing the entry stamp.

 

If that does nto suffice contact your Embassy and see if they will no a notarized statement of some sort.
