Had problem on Sunday morning tried to put 300bht to credit account my Hd prime with true money . But no credit given by hd spoke to True money they say the money has gone to hd prime so tried e/mail maybe 7 sent  no reply .Spoke to true money they gave me the account phone number that the money has been sent to registered by hd prime(no data protection Thailand)  .  <phone number removed> don't waste time to ring it it has the friends call in app on. Any way True have also sent an email and also tried to call them with no joy. Just happy didn't pay for the year.If you are updating account just send small amounts first to see if working.

hello i had same problem yesterday  used true money and did not show on hd prime 400 bht sent mail to them also no reply as of yet .may have to contact true . up to this month no problems except server problems and gave me a 7 day pass free. Anybody else having problem?

Cant believe people still bother with anything Alan Reeks, he must be the most notorious scammer in history.
