The US is a big and powerful country, but even big and powerful countries need friends.   There will come a time when the US picks up the phone seeking assistance, but will likely be met wit

  • Finally I believe people are understanding just how furious Trump is with tariffs and protectionist policies of US trading partners.   The EU argument has always been: "Well if you made thin

"‘Crimea is ours, Trump is ours!’ Russian state TV celebrates president standing up for Putin at G7"

"A news program on Russia’s state television network celebrated this week after seeing a report about President Donald Trump standing up for Russian interests at last week’s G7 meeting in Québec"

Now FAIR which is a virulently anti-immigrant organization and consistently exaggerates the numbers, says there are 12.5 million undocumented immigrants in the USA. Not just Mexicans, but all undocumented immigrants. So where is Trump going to come up with the additional 12.5 million+? Maybe he's learned from his new bestie Kim how to kidnap foreign citizens and ship them overseas?

What's wrong with Trudeau, Macron and Merkel?

Everything is great for these three LEADERS. No problem until tRump arrived and made an ass of himself which is easy for the moron. But world leaders frowned in unison at tRumps maligning of one of the most respected peers, with his actions and comments post G7, when he was on his way to kiss the ass of his new best buddy, Kim (best buddy for now and only for as long as he kowtows to tRump). Who knows for how long that will be? To borrow a phrase from tRump, "we'll see".

I'm hoping that was sarcasm, but sadly I think it wasn't.

Absolutely NOT intended as sarcasm !

Second answer, same question. This from a fresh poll just released.

"More Americans see themselves aligned with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau than President Trump in the two leaders' conflict over trade policy, a new poll finds."

"Fifty-seven percent of U.S. respondents told the poll they support Trudeau's actions, compared to just 37 percent who said the same for Trump. The poll results come on the heels of another survey from Monmouth University that found Americans believe Trump has a better relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin than any other leader."

Yeah, right, sure. A couple more pieces here for you to call "fake". 555

"And Trump — as his West Wing staff begins to hollow out and his fascination with the techniques and personalities of global autocracy grows — appears intent on expanding the scope of his own power"

"He later insisted he was kidding, though it didn't seem like it at the time. After all, Trump had earlier in the week saluted a general from North Korea, where the armed forces are the instrument behind the world's worst human rights record"

Donald tRump thinks he invented the term "FAKE NEWS". Facts show otherwise. But he does get a prize (he'll love that) for being the greatest creator of FAKE NEWS.

Everything is great for them except their support from their own populous, thus Merkel nearly ready to be ousted by her own coalition, Trudeau disliked by his people that actually work for a living not earning from the govt or an immigrant. As for the French President, I dont know any Frenchmen so cannot comment on him :)

If someone had a pee pee tape on you, you would want that person/dictator to think he was your best bud too.

You are probably right about the pee pee tape but I think there may be even more than that. We will know pretty soon.

Since the G8 meetings Young Justin's approval rating has gone up by 12%. That makes him overwhelming popular in Canada compared to the  draft dodger president in the USA.

I can say that I support Justin too. In >40 years of voting in Canadian elections I have never voted for his party so that's saying something. STAND UP FOR CANADA!

Trudeau's approval rating is back up over 50%. Thank you Donald Trump.

Canadians feeling confident, not cowed, post G7; prefer harder line in negotiations with Trump

A pair of new studies from the Angus Reid Institute – conducted before, during, and after the fractious G7 meeting – find strong support for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (62% say he has handled his spat with Trump well) and for his government’s countervailing tariffs in retaliation to Trump’s on steel and aluminum (59% say this is the right approach to take).

Indeed, Canadians overwhelmingly favour taking a “hard” approach toward trade negotiations with the Trump administration going forward, with seven-in-ten (70%) preferring to risk further angering the President rather than taking a “soft” approach to try to win back and maintain his goodwill (30%)...

After a year of continually diminishing approval, Trudeau sees a 12-point jump since the last time ARI asked Canadians to assess his performance and has regained the endorsement of a majority of Canadians (52%) for the first time since last fall.

With Trump it is really easy: follow the money.

I think the talk about secret tapes is simply nonsense, loans for his company coming from Russia much, much more likely.

Trump, classy as ever, parting with his favorite candy...probably won't share them with Eric.

DONALD TRUMP THREW STARBURST CANDIES AT ANGELA MERKEL, SAID 'DON'T SAY I NEVER GIVE YOU ANYTHING'

During his controversial meeting with leaders of the G-7 less than two weeks ago, President Donald Trump allegedly threw two pieces of Starburst candies on the table in front of German Chancellor Angela Merkel, saying “Here, Angela. Don’t say I never give you anything.”

The exchange, described on CBS News by Eurasia Group President Ian Bremmer, sheds further light on the tense atmosphere depicted in the now famous photograph of the meeting, in which Trump appears with his arms crossed and a defiant scowl across his face.

McCarthy gave Trump a jar of his favorite Starburst flavors as a gift: report

House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R) had an aide pick out the pink and red Starbursts to give to President Trump as a gift after noticing that Trump only ate those flavors, The Washington Post reported Monday.

McCarthy and Trump were on Air Force One in October when McCarthy noticed that Trump was only eating the cherry and strawberry Starburst pieces.

Shoeless Canadians pouring into the U.S. infesting our big, beautiful shoe stores.

Some Canadians are cheap sh*ts like all the rest of the world. If these infidels can avoid paying taxes they do.

Not that trump would care about accuracy in what he says but in most cases, there is a duty free allowance and no need to smuggle except for the really big spenders or those making very quick visits. This foreign spending benefits American business, not Canadian. But he can't figure that out. It's over his head.
