Everybody has to go through the Immigration booth. Hi-So Lo-So and No-So. Sickening.

Yes, but I bet they don't go through the same channels, or use the same luggage carousel etc. Most airports have separate VIP channels.

Must be warming to know the Shins can do that whilst all the farmers they helped impoverish struggle on.

Maybe the "present flow" went the other way. Along with some nice promises if he's helped back into power.

Remember the nice trade agreement he tried to by-pass parliament and implement?

So not unlike the junta with their smug corruption and nepotism then? Whatever did happen with those watches? Few generals running round with billions in their pockets too. From someone who ran a Telco company the billions are easily explained. How does a general in the army end up with billions of assets though? ?

The billions are easily explained. He was a former ex cop who failed in several businesses until he used his political connections to wangle a nice Telco monopoly. Then he screwed the Thai public and forced them to buy their phones from his company or they couldn't use his service and there was no choice!

Yeah for free enterprise, fairness and competition!

Yingluck is a fugitive from justice?

"A fugitive from justice, also known as a wanted person, can be a person who is either convicted or accused of a crime and hiding from law enforcement in the state or taking refuge in a different country in order to avoid arrest. " Source Wiki.

Would appear she is.

Is it just me getting older, or is she getting hotter?

:cheesy:Bit of both, yes she is looking good for her age, but you are getting older and your mind must be wandering, allowing you more fantasies.:cheesy:

Right out of Prayuth's book.

Your hatred of the current government and love of the Shins blinds you to reality.

So you have to mask the fact the Shins are crooks, very successful ones admittedly, by claiming any criticism of them means the poster is a junta fan.

Or don't you think they are crooks?

Sad really, more to be pitied.

I know there are such things, but seriously, what passport are they traveling under?  Thai or some other citizenship?

This issue has been raised, addressed and answered before about 3 million times....

Both Thaksin and Yingluck have passports from other countries and they have obviously met the Visa criteria. Since every developed country sees their guilty findings as politically motivated they don't factor into the decisions.

As to have which country, Thaksin has been widely reported as Montenegro. There are numerous countries around the world in which one can buy citizenship. From memory these can start from as low as about $120k (USD).

You not familiar with Google then?

Try it. You might find some of the shady Shins history enlightening.

Umm, I think most people (expats too) are aware of the political history of the Shins without consulting Wikipedia, but most of us don't develop a morbid fascination with the subject.

Probably, the "Brown Paper Bag" Visa!!  Hmmm,  Interpol Red Warrant seems to have stopped, as has US National Crime Bureau (NCB), perhaps, "Watchman" needs to rewind!!

Man-Child is gonna love this! He'll have to get Dumbo to give him a foot massage to clam down.

Someone here need calming here too. He is trying hard to inject his usual idiosyncratic views of the Shins.
