More than 2,000 police conducted raids in 80 places in connection with the operations of Saraburi twins Chaiwut and Sarawut Kisner.

The twins - known as Mack and Mick respectively - are at the center of a drug investigation.

Chaiwut (Mack) is on the run. His brother was shot dead on June 11th.

Eighty raids were conducted in Bangkok and Regions 1,2,5 and 7. Sixty seven of the raids were in Region 1.

Known as the Terrible Twins in Thai they were using the front of second hand car dealerships and a fish restaurant to deal in drugs, say investigators.

Four of their nominees were arrested yesterday along with drugs, gold and vehicles totaling 100 million baht in value.

The twins operated out of Saraburi to the north of Bangkok where the "Pla Buffet" restaurant was one of their properties.
