Using Taxi Service like Uber, Grab...

Hi.  Tomorrow I want to take a taxi from Bangkok to Bang Lamung, Chonburi.  I've never used these taxi services before.  Could you advise me how to go about this.  Thanks.

Hi, Uber is no longer available in Thailand after it was taken over by Grab.

Play with the app a bit and find out for your self.

Don't put in your credit card details , just pay cash to be on the safe side.

Take a taxi from Bangkok's street, stop taxi and ask price and negitiate the price is from 1000 to 1500 B in one direction.

This poster was apparently comparing using Google to using Grab. A poster said to use cash for Grab so I related that to Google.

 

Sheesh do I have to spell everytthing out for the impaired?
