The Pattaya police are paid well. The kids don't get sent to the remand centre.

How would I know if the guy is even half good looking? Sure, you can try and make an educated guess simply trying to go by body type, but I've been wrong before. Without helmets, they can be observed and evaluated in their natural habitat, and then, when they stop at 711 to yell at each other, I make a move, usually by approaching with the usual "Hey you are from Qatar, yes, I LOVE Qatar! No? Kuwait?". Works 30% of the time, all thanks to no helmets. It's a win win, any way you look at it.

Arab guys may look scary and loud on the outside, but they are often very nice, soft and gooey on the inside, they are simply compensating. Meeting new people is a good thing, building bridges between cultures and what not, and with no helmets things are easier for all involved
