I have already searched the forum for "saw palmetto" and "buy saw palmetto" but I could find no sources previously posted, just lists of supplements to take.

 

Has anyone purchased these here and where did you find them?

People ususally get from iherb. Deliveries to Thailand these days seem to go quite smoothly.

 

 

Surprisingly, I was able to get a prescription for saw palmetto at Bangkok Hospital in Chiang Mai and pick up in their pharmacy. Maybe other hospitals will also have it.

From past posts I understand that some people have real stinging nettles growing on their farms.   I think they imported it as a trial and it got out of hand.   It seems they grow as a weed here as well as they do in the UK.    Sorry can't remember the particular post though.

With the whole plant you can enjoy it as a green vegetable and use its sting to help reduce arthritis or similar discomfort caused by the cold weather.
