time to buy

Featured Replies

judging by the quietness of this forum Im rather of the opinion that its time to buy folks. this is the bottom of the bubble, or close to it www.moonmath.win

I live on a gated estate near Pattaya. 2 years ago I looked to buy a house on this estate and was quoted 3.5 to 4m. I decided to rent.

recently I decided to bite the bullet and buy. Found a house on the same estate, nice example, which I purchased for 3.2m.

Prices are definitely on a downward trend, condos are suffering an even bigger price drop in order to sell. Personally, I think it's a combination of oversupply and Thailand becoming a less attractive place to retire to, for various reasons.

Has it bottomed out? I don't think so. Condos continue to be built and Westerners, particularly Brits, are continuing to abandon Thailand.

However, you need to go with your instincts on that, if you feel that it's near the bottom, buy. If not, sit tight.

I was planning on 5000 too but I dont think it can get there now, maybe 5500. you should use a log scale if you want a realistic overview

5500 is actually max to which Bitcoin can now go down, then it will probably be a reflection ...
