My good 12 inch german knife went from a straight edge to serrated - I need someone who knows how to fix a knife. Can anyone do it in Pattaya?

You need to make a friend with a chef in a good restaurant or someone who works in an abattoir. When the same crime was committed one one of my knives it was an abattoir worker who got the knife fixed.

Do it yourself, it will take 20mins. Sticky tape a piece of 80grit sandpaper to a piece of glass or a floor tile and just follow the angle, easier than you think. Then just copy it with 120grit, then 320 grit and finally 600grit. If you feel like it 1200grit will give you a mirror finish
