The AFL season is heading towards finals. Discuss your favourite teams, players, coaches,  rules, and anything AFL.

I love to see non Australians that amazingly become addicted.  It's not a world game but it can have a lot of entertaining value with fitness and athleticism as good as any sport.

I support the Richmond Tigers and Dustin Martin is the inspirational player I like most. 

 

Aussie fans are as serious about their sport as any and hence punch ons can occur on and off the field in AFL At the end everyone shakes hands though. 

 

All sorts of controversy can happen.

Racism,  street fighting involving players.  Afl is a unique culture. It supports many important charities too.

Maybe if you're Victorian it was.

 

Then again, sometimes it feels like it still is the VFL
