Anyone have any recommendations on a good thyroid doctor in phuket that is not gonna charge the earth. I have High TSH and low T4 so from google it seems that i have an underactive thyroid so want to see a specialist and get it fixed asap. 

There is not more than a couple of endocrinologists in the whole of Phuket and I would really urge you to come to Bangkok for this. Once on treatment, follow up will not need to be often (e.g. once a year or less) and you can buy meds at a pharmacy. But the initial work up is important and needs to determine whether it is simple hypothyroidism, hypothyroidism secondary to another condition, or Hashomoto's disease etc.
