beet man Posted August 5, 2018 Posted August 5, 2018 Hi, Have just received my first pension from Norway while living in Thailand And I would like to know. Do you have to report to Norway once a year that you are still alive to continue receiving you pension. If so how do you do this? By email. A letter from the police. a lawyer. Thank you.
PoorSucker Posted August 5, 2018 Posted August 5, 2018 You will receive a letter from Norway that must be signed by witnesses that you are still alive. Think the witnesses must be Norwegian. https://www.norway.no/en/thailand/for-nordmenn/bistand-til-nordmenn/pensjon-og-medlemskap-i-folketrygden-for-nordmenn-bosatt-i-utlandet/
