Viber to Non-Viber Call quality within Germany?

I guess it is not relevant that these would be inner German calls, can be any inner-country calls where placed from a Viber account to a landline number./ non-viber account. What is your experience?

 

I got Viber, in the past I would by a local call card (at high German rates )
