Is "Putinization" a more accurate way to describe what Trump is doing to America?
Another label word to describe the Trump 2.0 regime. PATRIMONIALISM A word new to me. Connecting so well to the topic, it is asserted that Putin has been run Russia in a patrimonialist manner through most of his very, very, very long rule. But now transitioned to something more authoritarian because of the war. I don't think this patrimonialism theory in any way refutes the use of the word Putinization to describe Trump's maga movement. It actually enhances it. -

Anyone know of the best place to get a high CBD product with a small dose of THC?
I saw a video a while back about the lack of melatonin as we age. It helps you sleep apparently. I've been using good quality cbd oil in England for a few years. If you get the right stuff, it gives you a really good nights sleep. The last batch i bought was different and mostly just gave me a headache. I got some melatonin from the doctor and it helped me sleep for the first few nights, but it also left me feeling quite drowsy all day. In Thailand, I buy cheap weed, chop it up small, fry it in oil for a few minutes, then make it into flapjack. A little bit of that helps me sleep just fine and costs next to nothing. -
