We usually do our 90-day reports by mail, but we heard a rumor that the address has changed.

Highly unlikely. Was there yesterday updating TM30 at building 3 and took a wander around the outside of the new building and there are desks and chairs in place but not a single computer plus the building was locked up tight.

No.  They are still at Prom.  Go in the afternoon to avoid the queues.

I have always  mailed my 90 day report to the airport office ,

until the last 2 times when i have done it online, which

i found to be very easy,approved later the same day.

Remember that you have to do a personal 90 Day Report

Before you can do the online report

Its just one of the thing

Otherwise the online will not work

Plus it is hard for some to get to work online the 90 day report
