Best Store for British Foodstuffs in Bangkok?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I live half the time in the Philippines which is a desert for finding British foodstuffs (you know, Bisto gravy, Oxo cubes, HP and L&P Wooster Source to name but a few), so I general stock-up while I'm in Pattaya as I know a lot of good spots there

  • My Choice Store under Central Festival mall
  • Best Supermarket,
  • Friendship Supermarket,
  • Food Mart 315/21 Thep Prasit Rd, Jomtiem

I've got a British mate flying in for the first time to Bangkok from Philippines and he is looking for places to stock up also, so what do you think is the Best Store for British Foodstuffs in Bangkok?

Recommendations appreciated

Ricardo

Nothing on your list but Mark's and Spencer in Chidlom was my  English food preferred dry good's supplier . Try their tea, jam, biscuits, crisps, soups, canned meat, powder gravy and sweets. Their sweets are so tasty you will never buy local again. Quality costs money.

Villa Market either Sukhumwit 33 or Thong-lor IMHO. (Walkers crisps, Irn Bru and Tizer amongst other types of pop. Branston's pickle, colemans mustard etc + what you metioned)

Never any Atora suet though for dumplings...such a shame.
