Who is the largest retailer of smart watches in Thailand?

 

 

Errm, which model are you interested in? 

My guess: Apple or Lazada?

 

There are a lot of shops which are carrying smartwatches now, supplementing their mobile/electronic sales. And most general malls have an IT section which has smartwatches. Then individual shops like Samsung will carry their line.

 

I've tried to determine what the import situation is re: smartwatches - are they taxed like watches or exempt like most IT stuff, without success. Too risky to get slapped with a 50% duty to buy from GearBest.

 

I'd buy here, or in a nearby country while on a trip (shop or duty-free).

 

Maybe determine which OS you prefer (WearOS, Apple, proprietary), then move on to make/model, then figure out where you can buy it?
