I read a while back that they were going to open an Official Apple Store in Bangkok?

Anyone know if one was actually opened or have any updated information?

Apple supposedly are going to move away from Franchises in Thailand ! When .. who knows! Can only hope so because these companies don’t have the same standard pricing for product and services as official Stores!

Apple were rumored to be opening a store in the new Icon Siam mall in Bangkok which is due to open in November

 

Actually, I say a rumour but I'm sure Apple were advertising for staff for a Bangkok store earlier this year.

Lets hope so, and then the rest of Thailand.

There's supposed to be two Apple stores opening, one at Icon Siam which seem to be all but confirmed and another in front of Central World.  There are pictures circulating online of the Icon Siam location that shows the Apple logo on the store front. 

 

The Central World location has a lot of activity, an will be underground the the New York location.
