October 4, 20187 yr 02 689 3232. It's the main Samsung service number in Bangkok and they arranged a tech for home visit to fix my tv here in CM. Excellent service and as still under warranty free of charge.
October 4, 20187 yr Yes, they will come to your home, pick-up your TV, and repair it and deliver it. I don't know about a 3 year old set, and the costs involved because I assume it is past the warranty period? Ours was still under warranty. They replaced quite literally everything. Didn't cost us a Satang.
