PHUKET: The Governor of Phuket on Monday (Oct 8 ) met with the Vice Consul-General of the Phuket Chinese Consular Office to discuss a number of topics including the raising of the ‘Phoenix’ tour boat which sank on July 5 killing 47 Chinese tourists.
