1. Step:

set the NIC settings to auto, not to any fixed IP

2. Step:

hit Start > Run and type: ipconfig /all and write down the IP-setting, SubNet Mask and Gateway address

3. Step:

set NIC settings for IP, SubNet Mask and Gateway address as shown in Step 2

4. Step:

enter in IE the Gateway address of the Router (i.e. 192.168.1.1) and hit Enter

5. Step:

in upcoming window type in Username an d Password of the router (look at the Router manual)

6. Step:

settings for TOT: Encapsulation: PPPoE LLC; VPI: 1; VCI: 32; [user]@goldcyber where [user} is your Username, mainly your telephone number; your password

for more info call to: 1177 follow by your line number (which is the line with the ADSL account) and ask for the primay and secondary DNS and type this numbers in the NIC settings.

I'm not a TOT user and I forget tha other settings but this is what you need.
