Bangkok Hospitals For Cardio Checkup

Featured Replies

I have recently moved from Koh Samui back to Bangkok.

In Samui I used Bangkok Samui Hospital which was OK for not critical isuues and standard checkups.

I'm looking for advice on a hospitals/doctors in BKK that I can go to for regular Cardio checkups.

I'm 56 and my family has a history of heart issues so I need address this ASAP.

I know that most hospitals can do standard Cardio checks but would like some advise based on experience if possible.

Bangkok Heart Hospital (part of Bangkok Hospital / Dusit Medical Group) located between Petchaburi Road and Rama 9 Road, (although I haven't used that one). I have previously done cardio/heart check ups at Samitivej Hospital in Sukhumvit Soi 49 which seemed quite good.

How do you find a good cardio doctor at those hospitals.  I'm sure they are not all great.

Cardiologist Dr. Mann at Samitivej Hospital in Sukhumvit Soi 49 .. excellent.

OK I am back at my computer now.

Prof.Thaworn (sometimes spelled Taworn) Suithichaiyakul

At Bangkok Christian Hospital and also at Sukhumvit Hospital

Be careful at BCH as there are 2 Drs with same first name there in cardiology, spell out the whole thing.
