champers
This morning, for the first time in a long time, the roundabout is whole again. Traffic coming down Naklua Road can now go straight round to Beach Road. No more taking a left up Pattaya Nua and then doing a u-turn. The opening of T21 has necessitated this policy change, no doubt about it. 1
