Gastritis best treatment, only eat healthy food and stop alcohol ? Did it work ?

And when gastroscopy shows nothing special, the healthy food rule is the only chance to heal a gastritis. Medicine are totally useless.
 
 
If the gastroscopy shows nothing then by definition you do not have gastritis.

You may have some sort of food intolerance or other issue, but you DO NOT have gastritis if no inflammation of the gastric mucosa is visible.

    An inflammation is nothing. I have an inflammation ONLY, and it is a gastritis without symptoms as most people have.
