h90 Posted February 16, 2007 Posted February 16, 2007 Everything run OK till I tried the game F.E.A.R After ages of trying many things I found out that it works well when I config the PC as single screen and also disconnect the second screen. Than the game worked fine, I reboot the computer many times. I used google earth. Now I tried it again and somehow I am missing something, it does not work and even worse, google earth does also hang. I use already the latest driver. On my former computer there were also a few problems if two monitors and one on DVI. Anyone has an idea?

griser Posted February 17, 2007 Posted February 17, 2007 Yeah, mine was Cool too. the problem was that the heat transfer medium they used to get the heat from the GPU to the heat sink was some sort of glue! it didnt work at all. Design flaw I believe. I took it apart and injected some white heat transfer paste in there and havent had a problem since. Greg

Greg hmmm, but I think thats not my problem, because on one day I could play for hours without any problems. I think it is more software related. Don't want to check anything like that yet, because if the card has a problem, I might need to exchange it.
