Thailand will stay neutral in the current trade war they have no clout anyway but Asians will always stick together something that America govs have never understood and never will do.

There will not be an arms war between large countries that's what nukes are for.

Do you really think that? What do you think NATO is? I think the US gov. understands this more than you think but they do a good job of leading people to believe they don't.

Asians will stick together? The Chinese and Japanese beg to differ.

It's been said Donald Trump will betray NATO in exchange for a closer relationship with Russia’s Vladimir Putin a good thing IMO better than the the silly cold war nonsense.

As for your last comment that only because of WW2 they will get past any grievances in time as did Germany and Europe.

Yes, I agree. Pushing a new cold war in not good at all. As far as the Chinese and Japanese it's not just WW2 although that is the root of the grievance. They have an ongoing territorial conflict over the Diaoyu islands. I was in China when Chinese were marching the streets and had red banners covering businesses saying "Kill all the Japanese" as well as smashing any Japanese cars that came by. I just pointed it out to say the 'Asians' all sticking together thing isn't necessarily true in all cases.

German & Japanese History and unlike Germany of today the Japanese are still a US puppet although they don't agree with the China trade war it doesn't help Japanese companies who want to trade with China.

I guess it depends how it happens.

Trump is a "master" in pissing off people all over the world, including what should be his closest allies.

Who would stand with the USA under such conditions?

Obviously China is far away from perfect. But they are smart enough to do what they do not so obviously aggressively in your face.

Well Trump should realize USA is a part of the world it doesn't own it.
