    it is now open. I was walking down Soi 11 and saw a few people in drinking. I couldn't believe it at first as I heard no news or fan fair. I spoke to management and they said it's just a soft opening

Try to focus for a minute chief. This isn't the islands forum. This is the Bangkok forum. 

 

There must be at least a dozen threads that you can fire onto there and discuss the over development of the aforementioned islands.

Soi 14 Hemingways was very good value actually, especially at happy hour.
