Thank you for making me feel old. This is the UK version and I used to listen to it in the cafe when I was 14 and a zit filled teenager.

Yeah, the original US version was a Nash Rambler and a Cadillac.

The version I remember had a Cadillac doing 90mph, a Lincoln right behind him, and a white-faced black kid on a bicycle honking for the right-of-way...
