I'm ofay with the regulations but anyone know any bkk pharmacy that will release it?

 It is illegal for a pharmacy to do this (and for you to get it like that).

 

You have to get it from a hospital pharmacy and for that will have to see a doctor at the hospital first.

 

If you are needing just a small quantity for sleeping on a plane or the like you will not have much difficulty. If you are seeking larger quantity to take regularly for anxiety, more difficult and will help if you can show a prescription from your home country and medical records. You'll need to see a psychiatrist.
