I use WD40 which does a good job or a can of 3in1 oil.

    Any plain "baby oil" will work fine.  It's mineral oil, heat tolerant (more than enough for clippers),  a drop or 2 gives the same result as a proprietary clipper oil.

    Also johnsons baby oil does the job
