Quality Singapore-based Web Hosting

Featured Replies

Can anyone suggest a *quality* web hosting company based in Singapore? I need:

* English speaking help desk with live humans on staff and quality customer service

* Bulletproof hosting facilities

* About 15GB disk space (mainly for email accounts)

* Email accounts with minimum 500MB capacity

* SSH access and Spam Assassin or similar would be good.

The main thing is *reliability and customer service*. I need to keep my site and especially the email online, with a minimum of headaches. I'm not looking for a budget host, I've got one of those already and need out.

Thanks.

I think I've solved my email problem - Google is offering a new service where you can register your mail server MX records with them. This lets you create native Gmail accounts that have your own domain name on them, avoiding the ugly 'forwarded by gmail' labels.

It's called Google Apps for your domain and there are a few other interesting things in it like shared web calendar, customisable start page for your domain etc. Quite nice.
