Ammonium lactate is a mild antibacterial and mometasone is a steroid. Brands of mometasome in Thailand are: Momate Elomet Novasone these are all Mometasone furoate, not mometasome ammonium If you want the combo of an antibacterial plus a steroid, there are many but not with mometasone, usually with betmethasone instead. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
