Jinx Yeo - Asian Nerd ROASTS The British

Featured Replies

Things in common, Australia and Singapore... No, the big difference is that Australia was colonised, to the extent that the indigenous people were overwhelmed, and the immigration from Britain is still continuing. Singapore was and is a Chinese place. Population demographics.

Quite funny except being from Singapore he should know the British never took the place from the Chinese. More like gave them a new home.

Perhaps his sense of humour and my sense of humour are not in sync.

I couldn't even raise a smile but there is a large age gap between us.

Try reading this link and explain how the indigenous people were overwhelmed by the Brits. it may help you to understand that research, even on Wikipedia, is not what you think it was.

Singapore was part of Malaysia at one time. Portugal burnt it down and Sir Stamford Raffles built it up again.

It was never part of China.

He's funny. The headline is misleading. He makes fun of everyone, as a good comedian should.
