I suggest you go to Bangkok Hospital GI Center (in Bangkok) and consult one of these doctors:

 

Dr. Rata-korn Viliachone

Dr. Varocha Mahachai

This is potentially quite serious so you should not delay.

 

You may need a gastroscopy done which will cost around 20-25k at that hospital. If you are uninsured and this is more than you can afford let me know and I will suggest a govt hospital alternative.

 

I suggest GI specialists as cause may be in your esophagus. However it is also possible that there is pressure from a mass located outside the GI tract or that it is a neurological issue. They will refer you accordingly if so..

To expedite matters try to arrange it such that you atrive at the appointment having not eaten for 6 hours. In case they think endoscopy is indicated this will give the option of doing it on same day.
