I am having Fisula in ano.

I am looking for the hospital in Thailand,  doing FILAC (Fistula tract laser closure)

I can't day re this specific approach but best colorectal surgeon here is Prof. Chucheep who can be seen Mondays at Bangkok Christian Hospital (1 -2 pm though he ususlly stays later; arrive early to registet for a hospital number and get in the queue) and at Bumrungrad Jospital oj Thursdays, I forget exact time but oate afyernoon I think. You'll find the exact time and his CV on the Bumrungrad website.

BCH is less 3xpensive than Bumrungrad.

I saw Dr. Chucheep earlier this year for the same problem. He did the LIFT procedure, which was developed at Chula Hospital, and it was a complete success. Obviously your situation will determine what to do, but I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Chucheep. I had it done at Bangkok Christian and there were no complaints on my part.
