How do I place a collect (reverse charges) call to an overseas country, and how would the cell charges be calculated?

I've always used the AT&T overseas operator. Been a while so don't know the reverse charges.

AT&T Direct Access Number from Thailand

1-800-0001-33 or

001-999-111-11

1. Dial the AT&T Direct Access Number for the country you're in.

2. When prompted, enter the telephone number you're calling as follows:

* To call the US or Canada, dial the area code and 7 digit number.

* To call other countries, dial 01 + country code + city code + number.

3. After the tone, enter your AT&T Calling Card* (not the international number) or credit card** number. If you're calling collect, hold for the AT&T Operator.
