I'm looking for some recommendations for an English language course or tutor, for an adult Thai speaker.

 

I read on an old post about the university being a location, but that seems to be related to undergrad course preparation. Just looking to help this person develop basic English communication and conversational skills.

Just a stab in the dark -  Khon Kaen perhaps.

About 30 minutes from Khon Kaen, travel to and from the city isn't a problem if that helps
