Farang On Bicycle Hit By Car in Hua Hin

Featured Replies

Just now looking at reports on Facebook of a Farang man hit by a car in Hua Hin in front of the Big C. Photo shows him down on the pavement. He has been taken to the hospital. The car that hit him took off without stopping.

I hope he is going to be OK.

Just replied to a topic with posters stating of how safe bicycle riding here is (CM). If I was paid by the kilometer I still wouldn't ride these roads on a bicycle here. They did put a path in Hua Hin here, but was over run by parking cars. I love riding but I hate hospitals more. I would suggest if you're going to do it, have the best insurance money can buy.
