Central Festival - some important event going on now?

Does anyone know what's going on at Central Festival? They've closed off nearly all of the 1st floor where the paintings are with a huge amount cops and military cops there, plus stopped the escalators from running as well as stopped the lifts from stopping at the 2nd or 3rd floor. As well as stationed cops on each of the higher levels and also cops on 2nd Road turning into Soi 9.

Didn't want to start the guessing game, but your guess is a good one.

Either a super VIP on shopping tour or a three star+ on inspection/ribbon cutter tour.

Maybe tomorrow there will be a trace in the news (not for the shopping tour though).

Someone should have noted an empty beach and/or 2nd rd?
