Video: Four vs One as "local gangsters" try to scar man's face

A video from Saraburi showed four men ruthlessly attacking a man with fists and feet.

His "crime"? - He had cut in front of them on his motorbike.

The incident started off camera when a knife was produced and what were described as "local gangsters" tried to scar the victim's face.

He managed to run away but was chased down the soi and cornered by the pack.

The incident happened on Saturday evening near the sports stadium in Nong Khae district of Saraburi some 90 kilometers north of Bangkok.

The 24 year old victim Ekkawit (surname withheld) gave the CCTV footage to Daily News Online on Monday after he reported the matter to Nong Khae police and there were no developments in the case.

He said he suffered multiple injuries and described the men responsible as local gangsters.

4 young men who desperately need 2 years in a small square room to have time to think about what they have just done. All should be made to share the same cell.

These are exactly the sort of scum that deserve very lengthy sentences, as an example to the rest of society, that such abominable behaviour is unacceptable.

I agree but it's also totally unacceptable to cut another driver off.....and that happens also far too often..

Both the assault itself and the favoured odds indicate the real state of morality and self-esteem of these clowns.

I didn't justify their actions...i only said that the Thai cut others off ALL THE TIME.....(also me) and that's very rude and dangerous.  Now i sure believe that this guy cut those 4 off but i would like to see the video because cutting one off is standard here in BKK, nobody gets agrevated by that. They even don't dare to horn when it happens.

Seems fair, cheers.

Watching other naughty soi dogs I imagine. Thais are not the serene and tranquil people they like to project themselves as being. In my opinion they are fundamentally dishonest and superstitious, and resort to violence early in a dispute because they don't know how to handle conflicting opinions or actions. They are, again in my opinion, what you would expect a primitive society which has been ruled by a feudal system for decades, perhaps centuries, to be.

They are not a good example for other ASEAN countries to follow, though many of those are equally feudal and primitive.

Act with no thought of consequences, they are in the future and that is an alien concept. Now and face only exist in the minds of many.

Actually soi dogs rate higher in the intelligence stakes than these scumbags...

Local Gangsters - Well it clearly isn't the career it was when Al Capone was around, as judging by their clothes they look like they belong in a refugee camp.

Acting with no thought or care for the consequences indicates they are driven by impules. The modifying effect of engaging the cortical function of filtering instinctive actions is not present (or not present to a suitable extent). These are primitive people, it isn't entirely their fault, the powers which have governed them for decades have done so with only their own benefit in mind. They're also lazy and that is their fault. Too lazy to get off their bottoms and make changes to the feudal and corrupt ways they have been governed.

This has been noted numerous times by me and by others.

As beatings go it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen from Thais ... with some Thais they don’t seem to know when to stop. I’m glad the young guy managed to leave on his own two feet. I’ll never understand that mob mentality, in the west that’s considered cowardly, yet seems to be the norm in Thailand.

cretinous byproducts...

absolute Scum 2 options:

Allow each to get the same treatment

Execute

Too many like this in LOS.

Face and loss of is a joke end of.

Next time try this with a member of a real biker gang cowards.

i  love  Thais and Thailand, its  the culture  you see, theyre all so smiley, never had a problem lovely folk salt of the earth

They aren't gangsters !!  They fight like girls ! Wild swinging punches and kicks. Pathetic and cowardly,

  • Popular Post

As I’ve said so many times before, too many of them are pure savages. This isn’t a random occurrence, this is the norm when it comes to violence here. They are like rabid dogs chasing a jogger down a soi.

It’s comical to even think something will happen to this guys, but there needs to be a special law for group attacks. Perhaps an automatic 5 years in prison just for attacking as a group.

Wild and dangerous animals should be in cages.

Yes, yes.

But what about the guys. :giggle:

I get cut up regularly on weekdays doing the long school run - 90 km each way. Usually at least 2-3 morons turning right do so without any consideration of the oncoming traffic in the two or three lane sections of the main road. You actually see some sitting there waiting to turn and then just go - without looking and hoping the oncoming vehicles will break in time. I sound my horn at those guys and the ones who "drift" across lanes without signalling hoping everyone will give way for them.

Mrs. BB also sounds the horn when driving if appropriate.

What would be unwise would be to stare, gesticulate or mouth off after sounding the horn. That would be inviting trouble.

More like local pussies.

4 on 1, scarring the face! Gutless slags, all of them. A public flogging seems to be in order followed by a short court case (CCTV / witness testimony would see to that) and a lengthy custodial sentence to show these little mummy's boys what happens if they act out in this way. Police haven't done anything, unsurprising, as TiT and as they were described as local hoods, they're most likely in cahoots anyway.

Vigilante justice perhaps is the best route here? ????
