He could simply have avoided MSG. Be it those small envelopes or cubes of spices, the MAGI sauces etc.

When one is allergic to this, migraines will just not go away.

The most unrecognised cause of headaches, particularly in the eastern hemisphere...

healthcare does not work, should be called SICK CARE

I had migraines before, learned to take care of them with chemical pills

many times , specially in this crazy hot weather, it is a case of chronic dehydration

1 teaspoon of salt + 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, add water, shaky shaky

and bye bye headache in about 30 min

find the cause

I am a Clinical Psychologist, not an M.D.  My receptionist in Bangkok went to a doctor without my knowledge.  He diagnosed she was suffering from migraine headaches, something I deal with a lot in my practice.  When she told me this I mentioned that she did not have migraine headaches but was suffering from heat exhaustion.  When I looked into the situation and found that although the office was not big, it only had one medium sized fan and the office was rather muggy.  When she mentioned the headaches came on mainly at night preventing her from sleeping properly I bought for and had an air conditioner installed in her room and told her to use it judiciously, i.e., turn it on for an hour or so before going to bed just to lower the temperature and reduce the high humidity.  It took only two nights for her to have no more "migraines" as diagnosed.  When she next saw the doctor, he became really upset as he saw his fees going out of the window, because she informed him she was not paying him for incorrectly determining the nature of her problem.  He became upset so she called me into his office as I was in the waiting room and he was informed in no uncertain terms that he should go back to be re-educated in his field of family medicine.  He never continued to question about the fees.  Now, she visits a better-informed doctor.

'nuf sed.
